Dana has huge ambition. She makes films, connects people, and bikes the biggest climbs in the Alps. When she bought the Lisa Congdon Show Up quilt kit, she had dreams of making this fabulous quilt pattern.

Dana is also realistic and knew that after years of sitting on the kit, she needed to do something different. So, she enlisted me to make her dream a reality. She sent me the quilt kit and I had the chance to play with all the beautiful colors. A combination of paper piecing and applique, the pattern provided a wonderful challenge and produced a fabulous final product.

We are both so proud of the outcome. Dana’s choice of straight line quilting was perfect for the pattern, that really stands on its own. It will be a great reminder of some excellent everyday best-practices that Dana lives by:
